Rules / Terms

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18/21+ as required by applicable law and otherwise legally permitted to possess a firearm. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they meet all federal, state, and local eligibility requirements.

Transfer: Firearm will be transferred to winner via a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). Winner must complete NICS/background check and any applicable state paperwork. VTSA will coordinate transfer logistics but is not responsible for fees charged by the receiving FFL.

Ticket Sales Close: [October 2nd @5:15pm]. No refunds after purchase.

Winner Notification: Winner will be contacted by phone/email and announced on the VTSA website and social channels. If winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or is ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn.
